Jeki Airstrip
Jeki Airstrip in the Lower Zambezi National Park
Jeki Airstrip is in the Lower Zambezi National Park and is the main airstrip for visitors to Kulefu Camp (Star of Africa), Ana Tree Lodge and Sausage Tree Camp.
When approaching this airstrip you might be lucky enough to spot
herds of animals (elephant, hippos, or crocodiles lining the river
bank) from the plane’s window.
Before you actually land the plane, the pilot has to buzz the airstrip to scare off any animals in the vicinity.
